One identity per student; their learning journey threads through every app as they age up.
Your admin tools — admin dashboard, billing, compliance — live in the admin app. Student apps always carry the Koydo brand; that distinctness is what students experience. The microschool pays Koydo once per year, and parents never pay Koydo directly.

No. One Koydo identity per student. The seat license unlocks every Koydo app for that age for that one identity, and your child's learning journey follows the student across apps.
Yes for rosters (CSV import via your admin dashboard). Progress history from third-party tools is not imported — progress starts fresh per student. Portfolios you already have can be uploaded as PDFs.
Students keep their Koydo identity. Their learning journey travels with them on a personal Koydo account. Microschool-scoped data (rolls, portfolios, class history) exports as JSON and PDF on request.
Yes. If a student moves to another microschool that licenses Koydo, the operator transfers the seat and their learning journey is preserved.
They are included with every seat license. Parents do not need a seat — the Parent app is family-of-record only. Teacher seats are not metered against your student seat count.
